We are seeking a polished, professional, and personable Front Desk Concierge to be the face of LAC + CO - a luxury hair salon in the heart of Yorkville.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment and understands that exceptional service begins the moment a client walks through the door.
What You’ll Do:
- Warmly greet clients and manage seamless check-ins and check-outs.
- Coordinate bookings, phone calls, emails, and appointment flow.
- Maintain a calm, organized, and client-ready front of house.
- Support the team in delivering an elevated, luxury salon experience.
- Anticipate client needs and ensure every visit feels effortless.

- A strong communicator with a natural service mindset.
- Passionate about beauty, style, and creating memorable experiences.
- Experienced in front desk, hospitality, or luxury service environments (preferred).
