We’re hiring Bakers. Experience is helpful, but not required—we provide training for the right candidate. What matters most is your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Prepare and bake products including pies, cookies, and scones
- Follow recipes carefully to ensure consistent quality
- Work both independently and with a team to meet daily production goals
- Stay organized and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Contribute to a clean workspace (dishes, sweeping, mopping, general upkeep)
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Ability to lift up to 20 kg
- Availability for early mornings, weekends, and evenings
- Ability to stay focused and productive during physically active shifts
- Previous baking or kitchen experience
- Food Safe certification
