Position Overview:
As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and courteous service. From greeting guests and taking orders to serving food and beverages with precision, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills and contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.
Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner

Present menus and provide recommendations based on guest preferences

Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system

Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately

Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service

Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation

Team player with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
Hours of Operation:
Monday to Sunday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
