Job Summary
Heavenly Honey is an Ottawa-based producer of premium local honey, beeswax candles, and related products. We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Site Manager to help oversee daily operations and support the continued growth of the business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating people, solving problems, improving systems, and helping a small business grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer and wholesale orders
- Monitor inventory and production activities
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Prepare and track invoices
- Coordinate shipping and pickups
- Register and prepare for farmers markets and events
- Support and coordinate staff activities
- Maintain operational records and reports
- Help implement and improve business systems
Skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and online systems
- Experience in operations, retail, administration, logistics, or small business management is an asset
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
Compensation
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications
