Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and reliable <PERSON> to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for food preparation, serving, and ensuring food safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in food handling and restaurant environments, with a strong focus on delivering excellent service and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen.
Duties
- Assist in preparing and cooking a variety of menu items following established recipes and standards.
- Serve food to guests efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene are upheld at all times.
- Help with meal preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, including sanitizing surfaces and proper storage of ingredients.
- Follow all food safety regulations to prevent contamination and ensure quality control.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver smooth service during busy periods.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety standards is highly desirable.
- Experience with meal preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations is an asset.
- Strong understanding of the food industry’s best practices for hygiene and safety.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.
