The Role
We are looking for a versatile Motel Operations Assistant to join our team. If you are a "hands-on" hospitality professional who enjoys variety and wants to play a key role in building a new business concept from the ground up, this is the opportunity for you. You will work closely with management to ensure seamless day-to-day operations across both our lodging and dining facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Office: Manage guest check-ins/check-outs, inquiries, and booking systems.
- Operations & Guest Experience: Provide exceptional service to our guests and maintain high standards of cleanliness and reliability throughout the property.
- Restaurant Support: Play an active role in the launch and ongoing operations of our on-site restaurant.
- Property Maintenance: Assist in the daily upkeep and organization of the motel and common areas.
- General Support: Provide administrative and operational support to management to ensure business goals are met.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field. Highly motivated individuals are encouraged to apply.
- Certifications: Valid Food Handler Certification is required (or must be obtained immediately upon hire).
- Flexibility: Ability to work 30–44 hours per week (schedule varies based on business performance).
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining professional standards.
- Professionalism: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Notice Period: Commitment to providing 15 days’ notice for scheduling changes or departures.
