Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting the right vehicle based on their preferences and budget.
- Conduct thorough product demonstrations and explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options.
- Build rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized sales environment, including managing inventory and keeping the showroom presentable.
- Stay informed about the latest market trends, vehicle models, and competitive offerings to effectively communicate with customers.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership success.
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive industry is a plus, but will consider all candidates
- OMVIC license a plus
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to understand market dynamics and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Strong negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions.
