In this role, you aren’t just a receptionist; you are a vital part of our patients’ recovery journeys. You will be responsible for the "front-of-house" experience, ensuring consistency, organization, and most importantly helping our patients stay committed to their prescribed care programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Advocacy: Actively encourage and help patients commit to their treatment plans to ensure the best health outcomes.
- Front Desk Mastery: Manage check-ins, professional scheduling, and patient billing with high accuracy.
- Administrative Flow: Maintain a consistent and organized front desk environment, handling multitasking with ease.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience working in a Physiotherapy or Chiropractic clinic or a rehabilitation setting is required. Familiarity with Telus Health is an asset. Knowledge of Universal or Walnut software is a major plus.
- Soft Skills: You are highly coachable, professional, and possess excellent communication skills.
- Reliability: We are looking for a long-term fit to grow with our clinic (minimum 2-year commitment).

Location: Ajax, ON Job Type: Full-time (Minimum 2-year contract) Pay: $20 -$22 per hour (plus performance-based incentives)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4pm
