SEIF MILLWORKS specializes in manufacturing and installing high end custom cabinetry.
We are looking to hire an individual with
- Minimum 4yrs cabinet making experience
- Proficient in reading and understanding shop drawings
- Ability to build products from drawings
- Ability to independently install cabinets at client spaces, based on drawings & instruction
- Experience using machinery independently (hand tools, table saw, mitre saw, edge bander, etc.)
- Experience in leadership (ideal candidate)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Is a motivated individual and takes pride in doing their work with excellence and attention to detail
- Is punctual, respectful, reliable, and has strong work ethic
- Is good at listening, understanding, and communicating with the team
- Is open to working onsite across the GTA (valid drivers license required)
- Is looking for a long-term employment position
Full-time hours: 40 per week, start time 8:00 AM.
Occasional Saturdays may be requested
Starting Pay: $27 - 32/hr pending on experience and performance.
Bonuses available at year end.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong woodworking skills including cabinetry construction, assembly, and installation, and would like to work in a fully equipped shop and work on unique projects. As a team we take on full projects; from the start of an idea to the finish installed product.
We are looking for an individual with experience, skills, and efficiency. As well as having strong listening and communication skills. Someone who can lead on the workshop floor, and work with the rest of the team.
