Shelby’s Shawarma is looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will prepare fresh food, provide excellent customer service, maintain cleanliness, and help ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately using the POS system.
- Prepare shawarmas, wraps, bowls, salads, fries, and other menu items according to company standards.
- Portion ingredients correctly and maintain food quality.
- Restock food, sauces, and supplies throughout the shift.
- Keep the kitchen, dining area, and workstations clean and sanitized.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work efficiently with team members during busy periods.
- Help receive and organize inventory deliveries.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and managers.
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
