Line / Prep Cook

As a Line/Prep Cook, you are an integral part of the operation — helping create the bridge between front and back of house while delivering high-quality food with attention to detail, speed, and consistency.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and executing menu items with consistency and care
- Assisting with daily prep, cooking, stocking, and line setup
- Supporting smooth and efficient service during busy periods
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen in accordance with Alberta Health Services standards
- Working closely with both BOH and FOH teams to support the overall guest experience
- Contributing to a positive and team-focused workplace culture
- Assisting wherever needed, including dish support, opening duties, and closing responsibilities
