Job Overview
We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving, and ensuring efficient warehouse processes.
Duties
- Supervise warehouse staff and provide guidance and training as needed
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and order pickers
- Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment
- Implement safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment
Qualifications
- Experience operating forklifts, order pickers, and other heavy equipment
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems
- Knowledge of mechanical operations within a warehouse setting
- Ability to fabricate or repair equipment is a plus
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with inventory control procedures
- Previous experience in a warehouse management role is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,233.57-$60,000.00 per year
