What we’re looking for
- Minimum 1 year recent line cook experience
- Strong fundamentals, clean work habits, and solid station organization
- Reliability, professionalism, and willingness to learn from a seasoned team
- Availability for full‑time work including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting wage from $20/hr, with higher rates available for cooks who bring strong, proven line experience
- Above‑average tip pool — cooks commonly earn $5–$10/hr in tips.
