We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can operate onsite construction equipment such as mini-excavators, skid steers and vibratory rollers as well assist the crew with labor tasks when those pieces of equipment are not being used.
Responsibilities :
- Operate all heavy equipment in a safe manner
- Communicate effectively and professionally with other crew members
- Conduct pre-shift walk arounds
- Report to work on time and fit for work daily
Operator Experience :
- Minimum 2 year's experience operating heavy equipment
- Understanding of general daily maintenance requirements
- Experience working around utilities
- Must be able to work in tight congested areas while utilizing spotters
- Sloping, grading and trenching experience an asset
- Sewer and water experience an asset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
