What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting with routine maintenance and repairs on company trucks and trailers
- Helping service and maintain boats, boat lifts, and marine equipment
- Performing preventative maintenance on shop and construction equipment
- Cleaning, organizing, and maintaining tools and work areas
- Assisting with inspections and troubleshooting mechanical issues
- Supporting seasonal equipment preparation and repairs
- Learning best practices from experienced mechanics and technicians
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and willingness to get your hands dirty
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Interest in automotive, marine, or heavy equipment mechanics
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Mechanically inclined with basic hand tool knowledge
- Valid G driver's license required
