We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Glass Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team.
This is not simply a machine operator position. We are seeking an individual who takes ownership of quality, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in producing an exceptional product. The successful candidate will become an important member of a team responsible for operating one of our most critical manufacturing processes.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate and monitor the glass manufacturing machine.
- Perform routine inspections using measuring and quality-control equipment.
- Work closely with supervisors and fellow operators to maintain efficient production flow.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Repetitive walking for extended periods in hot environment.
- Repetitive tasks requiring concentration and consistency.
- Frequent use of hands, eyes and fine motor skills.
- Physically active position involving lifting, bending, and movement throughout the day.
- Working with natural gas/oxygen & hydrogen/oxygen.
- Manufacturing environment with operating machinery.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Exceptional attention to detail & quick learner.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and able to adjust on the fly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to accurately use measuring devices and quality inspection equipment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Machine operation experience.
- Manufacturing / Quality inspection experience.
- Experience using measuring equipment such as calipers and gauges.
- Forklift experience is considered an asset but is not required.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
- Speak/ Read/ Write English.
