Account Executive – Managed Services (MSP / IT Services)

We partner closely with our clients to operate, optimize, and grow their technology platforms while delivering long-term value.We are hiring an Account Executive – Managed Services to own and grow existing client relationships while identifying expansion opportunities across managed services, security, and ERP solutions.This is a client-facing, relationship-driven role focused on retention, account growth, and trusted advisory — not cold outbound sales.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build strong, long-term relationships with client stakeholders
- Drive account growth through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
- Lead regular client touchpoints, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Monitor account health, risks, and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and solution recommendations
- Maintain accurate account plans and pipeline tracking
- Contribute insights on client needs, trends, and opportunities
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years experience in account management, client success, or account-based sales
- Experience in Managed Services, IT services, MSP, cybersecurity, or ERP environments
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship skills
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities
- Proven ability to grow revenue within existing accounts
- Organized, proactive, and accountable
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus)
Nice to Have
- Experience working with enterprise or commercial clients
- Background supporting technical or infrastructure-driven services
- Experience conducting QBRs or executive-level client reviews
Additional Details
- Occasional travel for onsite client visits may be required
