We're Hiring: Executive Director
Kitscoty Community Cabin 4 Kids is looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and compassionate Executive Director to lead our childcare program.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about early childhood education, building positive relationships with families and staff, and creating an environment where children can thrive.
As Executive Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, support and mentor staff, ensure compliance with Alberta Child Care Licensing Regulations, and maintain high-quality programming for our centre.
Qualifications:
- Level 3 Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certification
- Strong knowledge of Alberta Child Care Licensing Regulations
- Current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Childcare and leadership experience preferred; however, we are willing to consider the right candidate
Position Details:
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
- Competitive wage based on qualifications and experience
