Job Summary
We are currently hiring Class 1 Flatbed Drivers for long-haul operations between Canada and the USA. Applicants must have a minimum of one year of flatbed experience and possess a valid USA visa to support cross-border travel. A clean driving record is required. This role involves consistent long-distance flatbed runs and is ideal for experienced drivers seeking steady cross-border work.
Duties
- Operate Class 1 flatbed trucks safely and efficiently on long-haul routes between Canada and the USA
- Secure loads properly in accordance with safety regulations and company standards
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle and cargo safety
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for cross-border shipments
- Comply with all transportation laws, regulations, and company policies
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery schedules and updates
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of freight while maintaining professionalism on the road
Experience
- Candidates must have a minimum of one year of verified flatbed driving experience
- Strong understanding of load securement, safety regulations, and long-haul operations.
- Experience driving across the Canada–USA border is considered an asset.
- Applicants should demonstrate a consistent history of safe driving practices, time management, and compliance with transportation laws.
- A clean driving record is required.
