Tiny Hoppers Queensborough is a brand new daycare and we are looking for on call teachers to join our sub list.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Follow lesson plans as directed by the absent teacher
- Support other Early Childhood Educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
- Supervise children in and out of the classroom, including in the halls, on the playground, and in the nap room.
- Maintain a clean, respectful, and orderly classroom
- Following policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of the children and staff.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid BC ECE or IT certificate
- Must have a valid first aid certificate
- Must have a valid Criminal Record Check
- Knowledge of licensing regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Ability to adapt plans to specific classrooms
