Union Capital Realty is a top producing and highly respected real estate office based in York Region specializing in resale, leasing and pre-construction. We are looking for a qualified candidate to manage and curate marketing material and a variety of tasks related to the sale and purchase of real estate. The qualified candidate must have a positive and enthusiastic personality and must be able to work effectively as part of a team and under tight deadlines.
Candidate must be proficient with social media and have excellent technology skills. Experience with Premier Pro, Illustrator, WordPress and Mailchimp is desirable. Must be self-directed, able to multi-task and meet deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Ensures that company messages and materials are accurate and consistent
- Creates, delivers, edits, and optimizes marketing materials (including video content)
- Executes new listing launch including digital and print marketing packages
- Edits and maintains social content for communities
- Run and maintain an operational website at all times
- Run and maintain all social media channels (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) with scheduled posts and updates
- Establish all marketing for team events, open houses, and new listings
- Plan and organize all team events and market across all social media channels
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Independent and self-motivated
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Strong organization skills
- Experience using design programs such as Canva, Premier Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, WordPress, Mailchimp, etc
- Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Post-secondary education in marketing or relevant work experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in marketing or in a similar role (preferred)
- Experience in residential real estate an asset
