- Sessions are Monday -Sunday for multiple hours.

About TAC Aquatics
TAC Aquatics, a member of the TAC Sports Group, delivers high-quality swim instruction focused on skill development, confidence, and safety for children aged 3.5–16. Our programs follow nationally recognized standards and provide a supportive, fun, and growth-focused learning environment.
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Lifesaving Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about water safety, confident in teaching swimmers of various ages and skill levels, and committed to creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.

Teach and lead Lifesaving Society programs and swimming instruction

Deliver lessons in a safe, organized, and professional manner

Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback

Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during classes
-
Prepare lesson plans and adapt instruction based on individual needs
-
Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere for swimmers
-
Communicate effectively with participants, parents/guardians, and staff

Assist with program setup, cleanup, and general pool deck supervision

Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor Certification
-
National Lifeguard Certification
-
Bronze CrossCPO (Certified Pool Operator)
-
Knowledge of Swim for Life and Canadian Swim Patrol programs
-
Lifesaving Instructor or Examiner
-
Emergency or Standard First Aid Instructor
-
Instructor Trainer
-
Experience teaching a variety of age groups and skill levels
-
Additional aquatic certifications are considered an asset
