Summary of Position: The dishwasher keeps the kitchen in good sanitary condition (i.e. mops floors, runs dishwasher, and cleans walls, coolers & equipment). Sets up adequate supply of clean dishes and cutlery for each outlet and for any special functions being serviced by Hotel. Assists in daily operations related to food and beverage products. Responsible for lifting up to 50 lbs.
Work Schedule: Day shift 7 - 3 and/or Evening Shifts 3-11 pm

Primary Duties:
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, Scour pots and pans
- Operate pot-washing machines
- Clean and polish silverware
- Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units
- Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit
- Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
- Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash
- Handle and store cleaning products
- Sweep and mop floors
Note: Public transportation is not available.
