NOW HIRING – Pastry Cook (Full-Time / Part-Time)
Mickey's Café & Lounge is seeking a creative and talented Pastry Cook to help craft exceptional desserts and pastries.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare desserts, cakes, tarts, mousses, pastries, and specialty items
- Work with chocolate, ganache, glazes, and decorative finishes
- Maintain consistency in presentation and quality
- Follow recipes and assist in developing new menu items
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are maintained
Requirements:
- Experience in pastry production preferred
- Knowledge of chocolate work and dessert preparation
- Experience with tarts, cakes, and plated desserts an asset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
