Summary
You are at the heart of the action. Every day, you directly contribute to the processing of recyclable materials from collection depots and to the smooth operation of our activities. Your role is to support production line work to ensure the recycling of materials contained in collection bins, efficiently and safely. Through your involvement and versatility, you make a real difference on the floor and actively contribute to environmental protection.
Responsibilities
- Sort collection bins from recycling depots.
- Sort products based on type of paint and materials.
- Handle various materials.
- Operate equipment to empty paint containers.
- Weigh, classify and package products.
- Prepare materials for processing or transportation.
- Use manual or electric pallet jacks to move pallets and containers.
- Clean equipment and work area
- Collaborate with team members.
- Work in different areas as needed.
- Meet production targets
- Follow health and safety rules at all times.
- Qualifications
- Positive attitude.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Versatile.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or recycling environments is an asset.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Experience with pallet jacks and forklifts
Pay: From $16.40 per hour
