Project / Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Project Director to guide the program through implementation, go-live readiness, stabilization, and transition to a sustainable operating model. The engagement is expected to focus on bringing the program to successful completion through coordinated leadership, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and delivery oversight. The Project Director will deliver executive level project delivery leadership for the INFOR Work Force Management (WFM) scheduling solution for Health Authority (HA), ensuring its safe implementation, clear governance, and executive decision readiness across WFM project and its integration with Provincial Workday upgrade initiative. This role leads governance, financial oversight, and cross-health authority coordination to ensure informed executive decision-making, effective risk management, and successful organizational outcomes.
Responsibilities / Deliverables:
The Sr. Project Director responsibilities/deliverables may include, but may not be limited to:
- Financial Stewardship & Budget Oversight.
- Executive Communications & Decision Support.
- Integrated Executive Roadmap (WFM and Workday alignment).
- Executive Status Reporting (financials, risks, schedule, dependencies).
- Program Financial Management Framework (budget, forecast, variance tracking).
- Governance and Decision Framework (roles, escalation paths, approvals).
- Vendor Management & Delivery Assurance Plan.
- Integrated Risk, Control & Dependency Register.
- Implementation of Quality & Go Live Readiness Decision Gates.
- Executive Decision Papers and Approvals.
- Cross-HA Alignment Plan
- Approved WFM Operating Model (post-go-live).
Experience / Skills Requirements:
The Sr. Project Director should have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
1. Degree, Diploma or equivalent combination of training and experience in related field.
2. Executive Leadership: 10–15+ years leading large-scale, high-risk enterprise programs with
