Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed

- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
- Operate basic hand tools under supervision and guidance
- Assist with inventory management by organizing supplies and materials
Experience
- Prior experience in laboring, construction, or related fields is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety standards and procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed
- Basic knowledge of safety practices in industrial or construction settings is a plus
