Responsibilities
- Available 1 day a week
- Maintain hair station cleanliness/ hygienic procedures and ensure all safety standards are met
- Provide consistent quality
- Maintain appointments
Requirements:
- Must have a Nova Scotia hair license
- 2-3 years experience with seniors preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
- Energetic, outgoing personality
- License/Certification:
- Current membership with The Cosmetology Association of NS
- Must be currently licensed as a general hairdresser
- Must provide proof of insurance
- Rental Fees: The provider shall pay a bi-weekly rental fee of 15% of gross sales for the rental space, utilities, and cleaning services provided by The Mira.
Responsible for:
-Own income tax
-There is no cost to the facility for WCB, benefits, sick time, or vacation
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months with option to extend
