What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right vehicle
- Build trust and long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to delivery
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Deliver professional and compelling vehicle presentations and test drives
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all pre-owned inventory
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive future sales opportunities
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism in every customer interaction
What You Bring
- Previous automotive sales experience (preferred) or a strong background in sales
- A competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- High level of integrity and accountability
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
