Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-in Caregiver to provide personalized care and support to individuals requiring assistance. This role involves working closely with clients to promote their well-being, independence, and quality of life within a home setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in caregiving, working with seniors with disabilities or health issues, and possess excellent communication skills. Duties
- Provide daily personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Support clients with medication management and health monitoring as needed.
- Engage clients in recreational activities, educational exercises, or therapy sessions to promote mental and physical stimulation.
- Assist with household tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments or activities.
- Foster a safe, comfortable environment by adhering to safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Communicate regularly with family members and healthcare professionals regarding client needs and progress.
- Support clients’ emotional well-being through companionship, active listening, and encouragement.
Experience
- Prior experience working with seniors with disabilities is highly desirable.
- Nursing degree preferred
- Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate care in a home setting.
- Knowledge of caregiving best practices and safety standards.

Rémunération : 19,00$ à 21,00$ par heure
