What You’ll Be Doing
- Site Construction: Professional operation of excavators, loaders, and skid steers/bobcats for grading, trenching, and hauling (loading and moving materials across the site).
- Winter Operations: Respond to snow events to perform commercial clearing using heavy equipment.
- Equipment Care: Complete daily inspections and basic maintenance to keep the fleet running smoothly.
- All-Hands Approach: Lead by example by assisting with manual site tasks (shoveling, raking, cleanup) when required.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience operating Excavators, Loaders, or Skid Steers.
- Technical Skill: Mechanically inclined with the physical ability to handle up to 55 lbs.
- License & Transport: Must have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle (work sites are not accessible by bus).
- Availability: Flexible, on-call availability is required during the winter months for storm response.
