Lithe Beauty is hiring a Social Media Manager to help lead content strategy, content planning, platform growth, and day-to-day execution across our social channels.
We are looking for someone with strong beauty/fashion/lifestyle experience who understands modern social media, short-form content, community engagement, and brand storytelling.
This is not an entry-level role.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute social media strategy across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms
- Plan and schedule content calendars
- Coordinate with internal creative team and founder content
- Assist with content ideation, trend research, captions, hooks, and platform optimization
- Monitor engagement and community management
- Track performance metrics and growth opportunities
- Coordinate influencer and UGC initiatives where needed
- Help maintain consistent brand voice and visual direction
Requirements
- Previous professional experience managing social media accounts for brands
- Beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or DTC e-commerce experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok growth strategies
- Strong video editing, copywriting and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Portfolio of past work required

Position Details
- Remote or hybrid depending on location
- Compensation based on experience and hours available
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
