Job Title: Quality Assurance Supervisor
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Mississauga, ON
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Salary: $50,000 – $52,000 per year
Kelly Services is hiring a Quality Assurance Supervisor for our client in Mississauga. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining quality standards within a manufacturing environment, ensuring products and materials meet company requirements before shipment.

Responsibilities:
- Audit production processes and materials within the plant to ensure they meet or exceed company quality requirements.
- Identify root causes of quality issues and defects, and communicate findings to the Plant Manager.
- Review production paperwork to ensure accuracy and alignment between production output and customer orders.
- Train employees on GMP, BRCGS, and health and safety practices.
- Maintain records of audits, findings, corrective actions, and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with Project Management, Shipping, and Receiving teams to ensure work order requirements are implemented correctly.
- Recommend adjustments to vendor supply chain processes when service level commitments are not being met.
- Manage lot code tracking files and related processes.
- Support other quality-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing environment.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional team
