Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly as they arrive and provide information about our car wash services
- Manage customer check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Assist with scheduling appointments and guiding customers through service options
- Maintain cleanliness of the reception area, including tidying up and sanitizing surfaces regularly
- Handle cash register transactions accurately and process payments securely
- Ensure all safety and cleanliness protocols are followed consistently throughout the facility
Requirements
- Promote and sell car wash services and membership packages
- Handle phone calls and online inquiries
- Assist with daily store operations and administrative tasks
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is an asset
- Must have legal authorization to work in Canada
- Basic knowledge of automotive brands and vehicles
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, approachable attitude
- Previous experience in car wash operations, detailing, or custodial work is preferred
- Ability to perform light cleaning duties and maintain a tidy workspace
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for occasional vehicle movement or errands
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
