Position Overview
The Project Manager will play a central coordination role across Baker RE’s active project portfolio. This position owns workstream delivery from initial project onboarding through Sales strategy, launch events, sales execution management, purchaser management throughout closing, ensuring the right people, documents, and milestones are aligned at every stage.
This is a mid-level role for someone who has the organizational instincts to manage multiple concurrent projects, the communication skills to work across internal teams and developer clients, and the detail-orientation to catch what others miss.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project coordination for assigned pre-construction condo and purpose-built rental projects, from engagement kick-off through lead registration and nurturing, cooperating agent relationship management, sales launch, and closing milestones.
- Manage purchaser pipeline workflows, including worksheet intake, deal writing, and digital execution.
- Coordinate VIP/Platinum and public launch events, including timeline management, agent and purchaser communications, and materials readiness.
- Track and report project-level KPIs and milestone status to internal leadership and developer clients on a scheduled and ad-hoc basis.
- Liaise with developer clients, legal counsel, marketing, and cooperating broker networks to ensure information flow and task accountability across all workstreams.
- Maintain and enforce compliance workflows, including AML/KYC documentation and online signing execution chains.
- Manage data hygiene across Baker’s systems of record, ensuring pipeline accuracy and timely updates.
- Identify and flag risks, delays, and process gaps; propose and implement corrective action with appropriate urgency.
- Support marketing material distribution and cooperating agent communications at key project milestones.
- Supervise the project site’s administrative team, ensuring the quality of the service offered, smooth operations and accuracy of documentation and reporting.
Compensation
Base salary of $75,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience. A company-wide sales-based bonus component is available.

Qualifications
- MUST HAVE: 3 to 6 years of project management or operations experience in residential pre-construction real estate sales.
- MUST HAVE: Familiarity with APS workflows, worksheet management, and registration/closing milestone tracking.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams independently and deliver on time without close supervision.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to transactional detail and documentation.
- Experience with digital document and transaction platforms (e.g. DocuSign, Avesdo, Blacklines)
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external audiences.
- Ability to build, lead, nurture and grow a team.
- Post-secondary education in business administration, real estate, project management, or a related field.
- NICE TO HAVE: Active RECO registration as a salesperson or broker (or willingness to obtain).
