Location: Edmonton / Calgary (Mall Locations)

We are looking for an outgoing, customer‑focused Sales Associate who loves jewelry, enjoys talking to people, and can help create a warm, welcoming environment in our shop.
Position Overview
You will assist customers, maintain store presentation, handle sales, and support our brand’s social media presence by creating simple content during slower periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet every customer warmly and offer assistance
- Help customers choose jewelry and accessories
- Provide styling suggestions and product knowledge
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop
- Handle sales transactions (POS training provided)
- Restock and manage inventory
- Complete daily shop duties (opening/closing, cleaning, merchandising)
- Create simple social media content during slow hours
- Product photos
- Try‑on video
- Short reels or boomerangs
- Represent the brand with positivity and professionalism

- Outgoing, talkative, and confident with customers
- Friendly personality and strong communication skills
- Retail or customer service experience is an asset
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Interest in jewelry, fashion, and accessories
- Comfortable taking photos or short videos for social media
