What You'll Do
Every day is different! Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming patients and creating an exceptional first impression
- Booking appointments and answering phones
- Assisting patients with frame selection and eyewear
- Performing pre-testing before patients see the doctor
- Ordering and dispensing eyewear
- Processing payments and insurance claims
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Helping keep the clinic running smoothly
No two days are exactly the same!
What We're Looking For
We're searching for someone who is:
- Friendly, warm and professional
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers and learning new technology
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Excellent at communicating with patients of all ages
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience in retail sales, optical sales, or luxury customer service, particularly experience in optometry or optical is an asset—but we are happy to train the right person with the right attitude.

Schedule
Part-time position
Approximately 3 days per week
One evening shift (Thursday) may be required.
No weekends.
