We Care Restoration Ltd. is a growing restoration and renovation company specializing in emergency restoration, insurance claims, residential and commercial renovations, and complete rebuild projects throughout Northern British Columbia and Alberta. We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Project Manager to join our team.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with extensive renovation and construction experience who understands every stage of a renovation or rebuild project and can confidently lead crews from start to finish.
Position Summary
The Project Manager will oversee multiple restoration, renovation, and reconstruction projects while ensuring all work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The successful candidate must have strong field experience and understand how renovation work is completed. They must be able to identify workmanship issues, provide technical direction to crews, and ensure every project meets company and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential and commercial renovation, restoration, and rebuild projects from start to completion.
- Schedule and coordinate employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and equipment.
- Visit job sites daily to monitor progress, inspect workmanship, and ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Supervise field crews and ensure work is completed according to building codes, project specifications, and company standards.
- Understand all aspects of construction including demolition, framing, drywall, insulation, flooring, painting, finishing, cabinetry, roofing, siding, and general renovations.
- Review completed work and immediately address any deficiencies or quality concerns.
- Read construction drawings, scopes of work, and specifications.
- Prepare job schedules, material orders, purchase orders, and work plans.
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters, homeowners, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project budgets, labour hours, equipment usage, and material costs.
- Prepare estimates, change orders, progress reports, and project documentation.
- Maintain accurate job files using QuickBooks, Encircle, Microsoft Office, and other company software.
- Ensure SiteDocs safety documentation is completed and all safety regulations are followed.
- Conduct site meetings with clients and provide regular project updates.
- Identify new project opportunities and attend site inspections for prospective work.
- Perform final inspections before project completion to ensure quality standards are met.

Pay: $75,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
