Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
- Manage multi-line phone systems effectively to handle incoming calls and messages.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, local attractions, and directions as needed.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in the hotel management system.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in front desk operations within a hotel environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems efficiently.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- Knowledge of hospitality best practices and guest services principles.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
