Our company has operated several booths with an array of products inside the BMO centre for over 17 years now. Come join our amazing team for the 2026 Calgary Stampede and be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment at one of our 7 vibrant retail and beauty booths located inside the BMO Centre!
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers with a positive, bubbly attitude and provide exceptional service.
- Operate a POS system as well as handle cash and card transactions with accuracy and efficiency. This includes charging customers accurately, including all products on receipts, ensuring the commissions for sales people are noted accurately on the system, as well as informing customers about relevant warranties, and company information.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and booth. This means ensuring stock is full, cleanliness is upheld all around the booth, especially at the stations inside the booth.
- Work closely with team members to keep lines moving quickly and accurately ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Multitask and stay focused under pressure during high-volume sales periods.
- Adapt quickly to shift changes and booth locations as needed.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts as needed at the locations.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Full availability from July 2rd–12th, 2025 (must be available for all days and hours with a day off that we can determine based on the days we know are busier than others).
✅ Previous cash handling and customer service experience.
✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized under pressure.
✅ Comfortable using technology (tablets, POS systems, debit machines).
✅ Friendly, upbeat, and confident working around large crowds.
✅ Comfortable standing for long periods and working flexible hours, shifts anywhere between 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
✅ Two professional references.
✅ Reliable, punctual, coachable, professional, and a team player.
✅ Reliable mode of transportation to and from the Stampede grounds.
✅ No face tattoos or piercings other than earrings.

We provide one on one training for all team members to ensure your success come the Calgary Stampede. Operations Managers and Location Managers are on site 24/7 for your support to ensure your success through the Stampede. Applicants must be 18+. Exceptions will be made for those under 18 with experience in fast paced environments with similar qualifications. Pay for the position is $16 an hour.
