Position Overview
As the General Manager, you will oversee all restaurant operations, lead and develop team members, ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain high operational standards, and drive overall business performance. You will play a key role in creating a positive, efficient, and customer-focused environment while supporting the continued growth and success of Paninis.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and kitchen performance
- Lead, train, motivate, and manage supervisors and team members
- Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, inventory, ordering, and budgeting
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of staff
- Coordinate team efforts to achieve operational and financial goals

- Proven leadership and management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Commitment to excellent customer service and operational excellence
- Experience managing staff schedules, inventory, and restaurant performance metrics
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required
- Strong understanding of food safety and workplace safety standards
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure
