Alliance Agri-Turf is a crop input supplier with six locations across central Ontario. We provide seed, fertilizer, crop protection, and related services to farmers, turf operations, and farm retail customers. The Ivy location focuses on seed production and processing.
This is physical work with long hours and intense seasonal peaks. We expect reliability, effort, and teamwork to get the job done.
Looking for someone who can grow into larger roles: running and maintaining the seed treater, and the seed cleaner.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts + overtime and weekends as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Fill, palletize, and ship 25 kg bags
- Fill and ship 1000 kg tote bags
- Daily inspection and operation of forklifts & loaders
- Assist receiving seed and crop protection products (bags, totes, bulk)
- High level of customer service
- General housekeeping as assigned
- Work other areas of the facility as needed throughout the season
Requirements
- Positive attitude, self-driven, team-minded
- Time management, organization, attention to detail
- Good oral and written communication
- Capable of lifting 25 kg repeatedly
- Able to work outdoors
Pay
- Hourly: $20-$25 / Hr depending on experience
- Overtime potential in busy seasons
