Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and CRM platforms.
- Conduct in-person and virtual consultations with prospective clients.
- Guide customers through diamond selection, custom design options, and product recommendations.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and order summaries.
- Coordinate with the design and production team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, luxury retail, jewelry, or customer service.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of diamonds and jewelry is an asset (training provided).
