Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven technical Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new MRO and Manufacturing opportunities requiring sealing technologies over several industries. You will be managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth to your designated accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for application sales, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. This is a full time, permanent career position. You will have minimum 2 years of CRM and technical parts sales experience in Alberta.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in technology or technical sales.
- Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- CRM experience
- mechanical application engineering background a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
