Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in detailed woodworking, cabinetry, and finishing work, contributing to high-quality residential and commercial projects. This role requires precision, craftsmanship, and the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics to deliver exceptional results. The Finish Carpenter will work closely with project managers, other trades, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications. The work is Night work and travelling is required
Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute detailed carpentry tasks.
- Install cabinets, countertops, moldings, trim, and custom woodwork with precision.
- Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work as needed for finishing touches.
- Conduct restoration work on existing structures, ensuring seamless integration with new installations.
- Handle construction painting, caulking, siding, roofing components, and flooring installation.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various carpentry tasks.
- Assist with plumbing and electrical rough-ins or finishes as required by project scope.
- Measure accurately for cutting and fitting materials; ensure all work adheres to safety standards.
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment; maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members on assembly tasks and project completion milestones.
Experience
- Proven experience in carpentry or woodworking with a focus on finish work.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating.
- Hands-on experience with cabinetry installation, tile laying, flooring installation, siding, roofing, and masonry is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of concrete forming, rebar installation, drywall finishing, and restoration projects is a plus.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery (preferred), and other construction equipment.
- Experience in plumbing or electrical work can be advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $21.18-$40.33 per hour
