Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly.
- Manage phone systems to handle reservations, cancellations, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions at the front desk.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise during their stay.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a positive atmosphere for guests and staff alike.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services or a front desk role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse clientele.
- Strong phone etiquette skills to ensure clear communication with guests over the phone.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with hotel management software or phone systems is a plus.
