Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive online engagement, and support lead generation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and data analytics, with the ability to manage multiple projects across various platforms. Duties
- Manage content calendars and produce high-quality blog posts, website content, and promotional materials aligned with brand voice.
- Implement UI/UX best practices to improve website performance and drive lead generation.
- Develop and implement assets to support comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing channels.
- Manage and optimize websites using WordPress to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Create engaging visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design tools for social media, website, and email campaigns.
- Analyze website traffic and marketing performance utilizing Google Search Console, CRM, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools to inform ongoing strategy adjustments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital channels.
- Monitor industry trends in digital marketing and incorporate best practices into ongoing campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on traffic and lead generation
- Strong written communication skills for content and asset creation, and campaign messaging.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, UI/UX, and analytics tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HTML/CSS/JavaScript basics.
- Excellent graphic design skills with an eye for visual storytelling.
- Ability to analyze data insights for data-driven decision making.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
