What You'll Do
- Prep and paint residential and commercial properties
- Apply brush, roller, and spray finishes to a professional standard
- Work as part of a high-performing crew
- Take ownership of your daily output and job quality
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment throughout the painting process
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met efficiently

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of painting experience
- Own reliable transportation
- Coachable, self-motivated, and ready to work hard
