We are currently hiring full or part time Client Service team members for our Kitsilano footwear and clothing stores. Client Service team members are responsible for creating an atmosphere on the sales floor that fosters client connection, retention, and loyalty. Weekend availability is required.
Wage range is typically $17.85 – $19.00 per hour, with additional sales incentive earnings available for sales performance. Compensation is based on position responsibilities, relevant experience, job-related skills, location, and performance. Candidates who take on keyholder responsibilities and who bring exceptional, directly transferable experience may be considered for the top of the wage range. Duties and responsibilities include:
- 1+ year of experience in a retail or customer service environment (fashion retail preferred)
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Interest in fashion and alignment with the gravitypope brand
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficient computer skills, including POS and basic Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
