Welder – Join a Team That Values Quality, Safety & People
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Welder to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for pre-assembling and welding parts according to technical drawings and quality standards, while helping maintain a safe, organized, and collaborative work environment.

What You’ll Do
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Pre-assemble and prepare parts for welding
- Perform TIG/MIG welding and verify weld quality
- Complete work orders and properly label finished parts
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality production standards
What We’re Looking For
- Welder/Fitter diploma
- 1–3 years of welding experience preferred
- Recent graduates are welcome to apply
- Internship opportunities may also be available
- TIG welding experience is required
- Ability to read technical drawings and perform basic calculations
- Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility
- Team-oriented mindset with good organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- A short on-site TIG welding test will be required prior to hire.
